The playful ‘Type 75 Giant Floor Lamp‘ looks like a ubiquitous task lamp on growth hormones. In fact it has many of the same great qualities of a good task lamp and then some! It is designed as a special edition by British brand Anglepoise which has been making iconic task lamps including the original Type 75 desk lamp since the 1930s. Dedicated to fine craftsmanship, the company is known for creating pieces that are practical, durable and energy efficient. Utilizing custom constant tension spring technology, the arms of this modern floor lamp can be adjusted up and down as well as forward and backward. They also support the lampshade which can be rotated left to right and moved up and down. The light source allows for varied levels of light making this piece suitable for diffused or focused light situations.
