The Axis LED Flushmount Smart Fan by Modern Forms delivers quiet, efficient climate control and lighting for medium-sized rooms. Built with aluminum hardware, ABS blades, and a weather-resistant finish, it performs reliably indoors and out. The integrated LED luminaire and three-blade design, powered by a silent DC motor, provide balanced airflow and downlighting. Control via Bluetooth remote, the Modern Forms app, or voice commands through Google Assistant, Amazon Echo, Nest, and ecobee.
